For the Lawndale Christian Development Corporation: designed and staffed the start-up of community technology center. Designed program, wrote winning funding proposal, worked with steering committee, researched appropriate program emphases, and conducted search for Center director.

Initial grant was the largest ever awarded to LCDC. The Tech Center has since expanded to a satellite branch.

 For the Field Foundation: evaluated education grants program. Analyzed the grant making process and effectiveness of grants through surveys and interviews.

The Foundation wrote new guidelines based on recommendations.

 For the Donors Forum: developed and implemented comprehensive plan to evaluate the long- and short-term impact of training workshops. Components included analysis of trainee workshop evaluations, interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Prepared final report with findings and recommendations for future evaluation, including evaluation instruments.

The Donors Forum reorganized program based on the evaluation findings.
