For St. Bernard Hospital: working with another consultant, created a plan for an endowment campaign and for program support for the hospital.

In first six months, raised 60% of the endowment campaign and wrote five successful proposals (100% record) for program support.

 For Lawndale Christian Development Corporation: wrote proposals in areas of housing, economic development, community organizing, education, capacity building, and community access to technology.

Over the course of first year, wrote 18 successful proposals in six program areas.

 For i.c. stars: prepared fundraising plan, set up filing and record keeping system, wrote fundraising proposals, and advised Board on individual solicitations. When plan was complete, met monthly with client to review fundraising progress.

i.c.stars continued successful fundraising on its own, based on these systems.
